Hassle-Free Product & Warranty Returns

  • NTW accepts product returns and product warranty for manufacturers
    • Dealers have 12 months from the date of purchase to return products that were purchased from NTW
    • Dealers will need to provide the invoice of the product being returned
    • NTW will not accept product with DOT dates later than 3 years old.
  • Product will be picked up within 3 business days after request has been made
  • Returned product will be credited to the dealers account within 2 business days of receipt
  • NTW will pick up warranty tires at dealer request and assess warranty level within 3 business days of receipt
  • NTW will provide warranty credits to dealers within 14 business days of receipt of the tire
  • NTW will credit or debit the dealer the difference of the warranty value received from the manufacturer and that previously provided by NTW
  • Marketing credits issued within 15 days after a monthly program and within 30 days of a quarterly program
